Rosalind is an experienced psychotherapist with a 16+ year background in corporate sales, entrepreneurial startups, and motivational training. She has expertise in invigorating communication and relationship building. Her favorite organizational health topics are stress management, conflict resolution, health promotion, relationship issues life developments and the workplace and psychosocial work environment. As an experienced counselor and executive coach her clients have included: the National Energy and Regulatory Commission, U.S. Department of Treasury, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Rosalind combines her wise business sense with her compassionate spirit to provide a comprehensive and powerful coaching/therapy experience. In her private counseling and coaching practice, she specializes in grief and loss support while offering treatment in a variety of areas, including anxiety, depression, adults with aging parents, and women’s issues. Rosalind provides trainings in change management, communication in the workplace, work/life balance career focus and women empowerment. Having experienced personal health issues related to GI issues and having a history of related hospitalizations, Rosalind took more control of her health and wellness in starting to focus more on how the foods she consumed were grown and raised. Rosalind incorporates concepts of food as medicine and healthy energy as part of her counseling to educate on overall health and wellness. Rosalind also believes that mindful eating can stimulate inner peace and help you free yourself from unhealthy habits around food and eating. Rosalind focuses on educating how clean diets consisting of mainly whole, unprocessed foods, can help with overall mental and emotional health.
